Significance
This building dates from 1919, and may have originally had an auto-oriented or warehouse use. In 1937 it was the home of Brewer and Cone, a sheet metal and heating/ventilation contractor. It had very large multipaned arched windows on the second floor. The first floor had large display windows with transoms and a folding garage door. It was long ago remodeled for office use, with new windows and a deeply recessed main entry courtyard.
