Appearance
This house is representative of the one & 1/2 story gable front vernacular housing that characterized late 19th Century South Park. It's character is well defined by pairs of one over one double hung wooden sash with molded frames and a full width hipped roof porch, which shelters an asymmetrical entrance. The pair of porch windows has been replaced with a picture window and the original siding [is] covered in asbestos. This house contributes to the historic streetscape.
