| This el-shaped cottage is a simple vernacular dwelling common to South Park's period of settlement. Alteration to the two primary façade windows detracts greatly from the relatively intact structure. Original one over one double hung wooden sash survive elsewhere as does simple Victorian porch treatment. Original cladding is covered by vinyl siding. This house and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape. |
