Constructed ca. 1905, this one-and-a-half-story single-family residence features a rectangular plan. The building faces west fronting Warren Avenue N. The site features planting beds along the front with several trees. An alley abuts the east side of the tax lot with a back yard with parking and several trees.
A front gable roof with large side wall dormers shelters interior spaces. The wall dormers feature short walls on either side clad with cement asbestos shingles. Asphalt composition roofing clads the roof. The roof features broad eave and gable overhangs with exposed purlins at the gable ends. Barge boards with a prominent rake molding define the gable ends. An internal brick chimney services the building.
A parged foundation supports the platform frame structure. Cement asbestos shingles clad the building. The buildings gable ends have a slight projection beyond the lower wall plane with decorative exposed beam ends at the front and rear facade projection. Oriels project off the north and south sides with exposed decorative beam ends below.
The front facade gable end features three windows separated by mullions with a window box below. The rear facade retains a nine-lite wood sash window at the basement level. All of the original window openings feature decorative casings.
A recessed front porch off the northwest corner of the house provides access. A low solid railing wraps the front and north side of the porch.
Alterations include replacing most windows with either vinyl or aluminum sash. A deck was added off the back faced, supported on metal columns. Between 1938 and 1958 the existing cement asbestos shingles were installed. These covered the original half timbering at the upper story and the clapboard at the first story. The three front 1:1 windows were also replaced with a single fixed picture window and the recessed porch railing was changed from open to solid. The water table was also removed.
