Appearance
This two-story apartment building is of wood frame construction and is supported by a concrete foundation. The building has a irregular T-shape plan and a flat roof. The building originally had a rectangular plan; wings were later added to both side elevations. The building is clad in marblecrete and Montana travertine trim. On the front elevation of the front projecting wing, two-tone marblecrete is divided by wood trim into a triangular pattern. The fenestration consists of large windows, with lower canopy sashes. Recessed balconies are located on the west side of the front elevation. Projecting balconies are located on the east side of the front elevation.
