Appearance
This two-story, eight-unit apartment building is of wood frame construction and is supported by a concrete foundation. The building has a rectangular plan and a flat roof with projecting eaves on the side front and rear elevations. The building is clad in brick veneer. The fenestration consists of large windows with narrow sliding upper sashes, and medium size sliding windows. The each of the eight doors is flanked by one of each window type. A second story balcony/walkway runs the full width of the front elevation, and is accessed by a stairway on each end.
