This store and apartment building were announced in the P. I. On June 30, 1907.

Appearance |
This is a three story brick commercial building built to house a store with apartments above. It has a center storefront entrance with much of the original fabric still intact including leaded glass transoms. Upstairs windows have been replaced. Other decoration is limited to stone window sills and quoins and a heavily molded cornice. |
