Significance |
|
This is a good example of a vernacular Queen Anne-style house, a simple version of the architectural style that was popular in the late 19th century. It is one of a number of similar houses in the neighborhood, which may have been built by a carpenter for sale, perhaps based on a pattern book design. The house appears to be largely intact.
