Historic Name: Common Name:

Built By: Year Built: 1912

Significance
This house was erected in 1912. Like the residence next door at 4208 Wallingford, which was built just a few months later, this house was designed and erected by permit applicant Joseph Parker for owner N. L. Pumphrey. The King County Property Record Card suugests that William L. Thrailkill acquired the property in 1935. However, Thrailkill erected a garage at the back of the lot in 1925 and is listed as the property owner on the construction permit, indicating that he actually acquired the property much earlier. It appears John Berg acquired the property in 1953. It came into the possession of Gerald Bryan in 1955, and Garland O. Weber in 1958, The current owners bought the property from Daniel Kowalski and Rebecca Henderson in 2001, who purchased the property from Steven and Elizabeth Guffey in 1996.
