Significance |
|
This house is an excellent if somewhat eccentric example of late 19th/early 20th century vernauclar housing. It contributes to our knowledge of the architectural and residential development of Seattle. It and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape. The stone and brick work of this house present a personal interpretation of the popular Craftsman/Arts and Crafts Movement of the early 20th century.
