Summary for 4514 Bagley AVE / Parcel ID 0510000990 / Inv #

Historic Name: Common Name:
Style: Arts & Crafts - Craftsman, Colonial - Colonial Revival Neighborhood: Wallingford
Built By: Year Built: 1918

Significance
This house was erected in 1918 according to the King County Assessor Property Characteristics Report and the King County Property Record Card. The original permit has not yet been located and for this reason, the original owner, designer and bulder are not known. The King County Property Record Card suggests that the house was remodeled in 1927. A building permit issued to owner O. J. Risner indicates that a garage was added to the property in 1927. A recent renovation appears to have returned the structure to something close to its original appearance, although it also appears that the front porch has been modified and that a bay may have been added at the north elevation a some point in the building's life.
