This house is hidden by vegetation but appears to be intact. The two-story Dutch Colonial is a somewhat unusual variation, with a small gambrel dormer set into the shed dormer on the front elevation, above the entry. It was built in 1928, but the original owner and builder have not been identified. It was purchased in 1937 by Paul Geise, president of the European Trading Company, and his wife Anne, who lived here until the 1940s. From then until at least the 1970s it was owned by Ross Woodward, a stockbroker, and his wife Irene.

| This Dutch Colonial house has the gambrel roof typical of this style, with full-width shed dormers on the front and rear elevations. Cladding is brick on the first floor with stucco on the second and some clapboard on the east and rear. The entry, on the north, has a small recessed porch with two round columns. Above the porch, in the gambrel dormer, is an arched leaded casement window. On each side of the entry is a three-part window with narrow four-over-one windows flanking a large window with divided lights along the top. The second story has two ten-over-one leaded windows, with similar windows on the side elevations. The east elevation, on the alley, has a 16-light leaded window with a sailboat in stained glass; nearby are two eight-over-one leaded windows flanking a four-light casement window. All the windows have wide surrounds. At the southeast corner is a single garage with folding doors and three four-light leaded windows; a room has been added above the garage, with newer windows. This solarium was re-built in 1991; the original date is not known. The garage is connected to the house by a second-floor passageway. |
