Richard E. Schoeneman held title to this property at some point early in the century and was living here in 1916. He was a carpenter whose association with this and other South Park houses is worth further investigation.

| Appearance |
| This two story Queen Anne dwelling has a hipped roof main mass with a projecting front gable. It is clad in clapboard with fish scale shingles in the gable end. The windows are two over two double hung wooden sash. The hipped roof porch has been partially enclosed and an important façade window replaced, severely detracting from the integrity of the house. The surviving portion of the porch is supported by a turned post and decorated with spindle work. A secondary exterior stair leading to a shed roof stoop has been added to the eastern elevation fo the house. This house contributes to the historic streetscape. |
