Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood.

This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance. Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition no historical research has been undertaken regarding this property. This property exhibits no substantive changes to the exterior appearance/design chararcter since it was identified in the 1997 HRI project.

 
Appearance
Residential vernacular house with narrow wood clapboard cladding, hip roof, composition roofing, and a poured concrete foundaiton. Building has a basement. Bay window on the south side. Variegated brick on porch. Enclosed back porch. Windows altered. Porch may have been altered.
