Appearance
One of a pair (the other is #1043 S Donovan ST) this house incorporates the traditional one & 1/2 story gable front vernacular form and modest Queen Anne details. It has a full width inset porch which shelters an asymmectrical entrance and a three-sided bay window. The center window of the bay has leaded glass in the upper light. The gable has a single one over one double hung window. The original siding is covered by faux brick asphalt covering. Old plantings surround the house, which with its setting contribute to the historic streetscape.
