Appearance
This one and a half story Craftsman house is sited facing east on the lot. The roof is front gabled with gabled side dormers. The house is clad in clapboard siding; the original stucco siding on the half story has been replaced with clapboard siding. A porch runs the entire width of the front elevation and is decorated with Craftsman wood detailing; the original cement steps have been replaced with wood steps and railings have been added. The front door, which is not original, is centered and flanked by double-hung windows. The half story of the front elevation has a wide, arched, recessed balcony that is flanked by two small square fixed paned windows. The recessed balcony has a railing that runs its full length. Aside from the change in siding and the addition of railing to the front porch, this house retains much of its original form.
