This cottage is important as one of a few of its type that surviv intact in South Park. F. A. Woodley held title in 1927.
 
Appearance
This cottage is an excellent, intact, local interpretation of the Queen Anne style. Its irregular massing, surface decoration and converging roof types are characteristic of the style while the proportions, scale and plan belie its folk origins. The predominant front facing gable wing adjoins a small hipped roof cottage. A hipped porch fills the el between the two, creating an entrance. The gable is enriched with a shaped bargeboard and patterned wooden shingles. The hippe, three-sided bay window has decorative double hung wooden windows. A corbeled brick chimney rises from the roof juncture. This house is located on a busy street of commercial and residential structures.
