Appearance
This is one of two identical hipped roof vernacular cottages adjacent to the commercial buildings at the northeast corner of 14th Avenue South and S. Cloverdale. It has a low hipped roof and hipped projecting bays, one is cutaway and the other issquare. The original siding is now covered with asbestos shingles. Windows are one over one.
