Significance
This house is a good, intact example of pattern book bungalow and contibutes to the historic streetscape. Robert Booth held title at one time.
 
Appearance
This house is a good example of a modest Craftsman bungalow. It has a broad front facing gable with a gabled entrance porch that mimics the roofline. It has open eaves, exposed rafter ends and knee brace decoration. The windows are one over one double hung wooden windows with harlequin pattern glass in the upper lights. The porch posts are square columns resting on handrails made of clapboard to match the rest of the house. This house contributes to the historic streetscape.
