This home embodies the distinctive characteristics of a vernacular interpretation of the Queen Anne style. It is important because it enhances our knowledge of vernacular architecture and residential development in Seattle and because it contributes to the historic streetscape.
This house does not seem to appear on the 1893 Sanborn but does appear in a well developed block on the 1904-1905 Sanborn. Eva E. Felt acquired this house in 1933.

| Appearance |
| This one & 1/2 story, side gable house is a traditional vernacular form embellished with Queen Anne details. Twin gable dormers are enriched with wooden shingle and vertical board patterns. A three-sided bay with hipped roof is also decorated with shingles. It has an asymmetrical, partial width porch. The original porch posts and trim are missing. The house is currently difficult to admire from the street due to privacy fencing. The house has new aluminum windows. |
