This house appears as one of a row of dwellings on the 1904-1905 Sanborn Map.

Appearance |
This traditional, two story gable front house form is enlarged by a T to the rear, which creates a cross gable. It has a full width wrap-around porch and asymmetrical entrance. The porch is supported by turned posts and has square spindle balustrade and spool work decoratioin. The front door is a paneled Victorian door and windows are one over one double hung sash. The bargeboard has a geometric, almost Eastlake design. While in virtually original condition, the house's appearance is considerably compormised by a covering of asbestos shingles, which obscure original decorative shingles and molded window frames. |
