Significance
This apartment building was built in 1966. Victor C. Martin designed the building for owners Fred Kahn and Ed Stern.
 
Appearance
This intact three story, six-unit apartment building is of frame construction and is supported by a concrete foundation. The building has a rectangular plan and a flat roof with wide eaves. The building is clad in brick veneer. The fenestration consists of pairs of sliding windows, large sliding windows, and sliding glass doors. The windows and sliding doors with balconies are staggered on each floor. A decorative zigzagging roof covers a balcony, which is centered on the second floor of the main elevation. Large brick chimneys are located on both side elevations.
