Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property retained its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood.

This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance. Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition no historical research has been undertaken regarding this property. This property exhibited no substantive changes to the exterior appearance since it was identified in the 1997 HRI project.

 
Appearance
Residential vernacular single family house with drop siding, gable roof, and composition roofing. The building has tall narrow windows with entablature heads, corner boards, and wide eave boards. The building has an odd cross gable form. A new addition was added to the back of the main building.
