This is a somewhat diminutive one-story Mission Style building, 22 feet by 22 feet in plan. It dates from 1934 and post-dates the periods of significance for the Pioneer Square-Skid Road National Historic District and Pioneer Square Preservation District. It is therefore non-contributing. Its exterior walls are stucco over metal lath. |
