Significance
Original architect unknown and use not clear before the 1940s. Remodeled for Martin Furniture Store per 1945 drawings by architect Henry Olchewsky and then per 1947 drawings by architect W. G. Brust . Windowless façade over storefront created at that time. Modernized recently, with storefront glazing replaced and lower part of façade completely reclad.
