Significance
This one-story masonry building dates from 1930. It has housed a verity of businesses; the earliest identified one is the General Radio Company, a wholesale radio equipment dealer, in 1937. In 1969 the building was completely transformed with marblecrete panels, by architect Thor Bjornstad. The remodel was for the Vann S. McKenny Company, and included extensive warehouse and office space. In recent years, it has been restored to something more similar to its original appearance, with brick cladding and large display windows.
