Historic Name: Common Name:
Style: Arts & Crafts - Craftsman Neighborhood: Wallingford
Built By: Year Built: 1911

Significance
Nyberg and Steinbrueck described this house as a building of significance to the Wallingford neighborhood. A second story has been added to this house since this structure was surveyed in 2004 for inclusion in this database. The addition was very well done and the structure as it exists in February 2006 could easily be mistaken for a craftsman house built in the first two decades of the 20th Century; however, the substantial alterations would have disqualified it from inclusion if they had been extant when the filed survey was completed. The data enterd above indicate the condition of the house prior to the constrcution of the new upper story.
