Appearance |
Bearing some material and design similarities to the large apartment building at 155 21st Avenue, this rectangular apartment building has simple Neoclassical styling. It has a heavy cornice with modillion-like false rafter ends. The entrance porch, which faces a courtyard to the south, is inset under a rectangular projection on the front of the building. It is supported by slender Neoclassical columns. The roof is either flat or very low hipped and according to tax records a built-up roof. |
