Appearance
This one & 1/2 story Craftsman cottage has been altered but retains its form and enough character defining details to offer us information about the style as interpreted in early 20th Century South Park. The almost square cottage has a gabled roof, knee braces under the eaves and a small inset corner porch. Siding obscures decorative molding that delineated the first floor. Windows are one over one replacements. A small shed dormer projects to the west. This house contributes to the historic streetscape.
