Significance
This house is included because of its form and the information it offers about South Park's vernacular architecture. Little is known of its history at this writing.

Appearance
This two story dwelling is an example of local interpretation of the Queen Anne style. Stripped of most detail, it has a steeply pitched front-facing gable roof with a full width shed porch. The windows are one-over-one double hung wooden sash. Corrugated fiberglass obscures the front porch and asbestos shingles the original siding. A one story hipped addition projects to the west. This house, because of its form and its setting on a prominent corner, contribute to the historic streetscape.
