Significance
This house is a particularly good example of the Dutch Colonial style, with a gambrel bay, an elegant entry and considerable detail. It was built in 1909, and owned for many years by Mary D. H. Price
 
Appearance
The main volume of the house is a side gable, with twin gambrels. At the north end is a gambrel bay, with a similar bay on the south end above the garage. This bay has an elaborate three-part window with 6-ove-1 sash and an arched top. Next to it is a small gambrel dormer with a similar window. Windows on the side elevation gable ends are similar. The entry has a pedimented with a classical entablature and two Corinthian pilasters. The garage retains its original arched doors (or something similar).
