| Appearance |
| This house is a variation of the traditional one and 1/2 story gable front vernacular house type. It is refined with boxed eaves, molded window and door frames, and a pedimented entrance porch. A shallow rectangular bay with pent roof enhances the façade. Two widths of horizontal siding add surface detail. |
