This house is a good example of early 20th Century vernacular housing. Tax records indicate that the property included a garden as was typical of the community. Sarah Hutchler held title to the proeprty in the 1920s.
 
Appearance
This Craftsman bungalow has a front facing gable, inset corner porch and six and four over one double hung windows. A large gabled projection to the east forms a bay. Shingles fill the gable, narrow beveled siding covers the body and wide clapboard sheeths the foundation. The house is set on a highly visible corner and contributes to the streetscape.
