This structure its characterized by an unusual mixture of stylistic elements. It was designed and built by the owner, G. Lunde (it has not yet been determined if this is the same Lunde who was a principlal in the contractor firm known as Lunde & Stor). The upper floor balcony at the south elevation was added after 1937. Interior alterations were made in 1998. Nyberg and Steinbrueck identified this structure as a building significant to the Wallingford community.
