Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood.

Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition no historical research has been undertaken regarding this property.

 
Appearance
No substantive change to building form or historic building fabric/features since 1997 HRI prject.

(1997) Minimal traditional ranch style house with a rectangular plan, gable roof and composition roofing. Some windows are double-hung. Entrance hood with ornate brackets and gable end returns. Tight eaves and rake. Gable end return. Recessed entry. Attached fireplace at south side with red brick chimney. Basement.
