Significance
This building is a good example of an early 20th century fraternal hall. It contributes to our knowledge of the architectural and social development of Seattle.
 
Appearance
This is an eccentric three story commercial building distinguished by a huge Jacobean parapet. The building is brick, the parapet stucco over lathe. A bracketed pent roof serves as cornice. The windows are irregular shapes and sizes but are symmetrically arranged around the arched center entrance.
