This historic property was identified in the 1997 HRI; however, based on field work conducted in September 2014 it has been demolished and is no longer extant.

 
Appearance
Cottage with projecting porch that has beaded board and square columns. Building has tall narrow windows. Prominent entablature head. Two brick chimneys (one of which has bee covered). 1940s window replacements at the façade. Basement.
