This house is important for its form as a less common link between 19th and early 20th Century vernauclar. It was purchased by Gussie Donald in 1934.
 
Appearance
This is a simple, one story vernacular interpretation of the Queen Anne style characterized by its hipped roof with galbe porjections, three sided bay and turned proch posts. The windows are one-over-one double hung wooden sash. A gabled projection addresses the street so that the house is entered by a hipped roof porch to the east side. The siding is narrow clapboard. The foundation is clad in a wide clapboard, which appears to be a 20th century addition. The house contributes to the historic streetscape.
