Significance
This house embodies the distinctive characteristics of a vernacular interpretation of the Queen Anne style. It is important because it enhances our knowledge of vernacular architecture and residential development in Seattle and because it and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape.
 
Appearance
This one and 1/2 story dwelling is an unusual vernacular interpretation of the Queen Anne style. It has a full height gable projection to the front with a cutaway bay and asymmetrical entrance. It is overgrown and difficult to see but appears to have had gardens associated.
