Significance
The basement had been converted to a two-bedroom apartment when the house was surveyed in 2004 (the house was being offered for sale at the time for $895,000). The kitchen had been recently remodeled. Several other components of the building appeared to have been modified, renovated or replaced in kind; however, the realtor insisted that only the kitchen had been remodeled.
 
Appearance
This house has a very fine craftsman or late Queen Anne interior featuring a carefully integrated wood trim system including built-ins and high wood wainscotting. The dormers light the second floor; the attic above appears large enough to be converted to habitable space.
