This house was built in 1920. Early ownership is unknown. William Lincoln sold the property to Martin C. and Christine A. Rotermund in 1930. The Rotermunds lived in the house from 1931 until the late 1950s. Martin Rotermund was a salesman for the CbakCo. The Rotermunds lived at 3724 S. Angeline St. prior to purchasing the subject property.

| Appearance |
| This one and a half story vernacular house is of wood frame construction and is supported by a concrete foundation. The house has a rectangular plan and a front gable roof form with wide eaves with decorative brackets. A cross gable roof supported by wide wood posts bisects the front gable and covers the front entrance. A portion of the front gable roof form extends to the east to cover what may be an addition. The house is clad with horizontal aluminum siding. The fenestration consists of modern one-over-one single hung vinyl windows and modern two part sliding vinyl windows. The house was moved in 1930 and remodeled in 1959. |
