Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood.

This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance. Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition no historical research has been undertaken regarding this property.This property exhibits no substantive changes to the exterior appearance since it was identified in the 1997 HRI project.


 
Appearance
Queen Anne cottage style house with asbestos cladding, gable roof, composition roofing, and a post & pier foundation. Cut-away porch with turned posts. Multi-gable end. Pediment front gable (north side). Bay window at south side may have been altered. Front bay with projecting eaves. Back wing is one story with a hipped roof and a shed addition. Shed located at the back of the property.
