Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood.

This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance. Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition no historical research has been undertaken regarding this property. This property exhibits no substantive changes to the exterior appearance/design character since it was identified in the 1997 HRI project.

 
Appearance
Craftsman style house with a hip roof dormer. The building has a hip roof, compostion roofing, and a poured concrete foundation. There are brackets under dormer roof eaves, soffets, and square porch posts.
