Appearance
This intact three story, 12-unit apartment is of frame construction and is supported by a concrete foundation. The building has an irregular/U-shape plan and a flat roof with narrow eaves. The building is clad in white brick veneer and horizontal wood siding. The fenestration consists of sliding windows. The front elevation consists of pairs of inset balconies with sliding glass doors flanked by pairs of sliding windows. The horizontal wood siding is located beneath the windows, which are separated by brick cladding.
