| This pattern book Craftsman cottage is characterized by a broad end gable roof with a monumental gabled dormer. The inset porch is supported by hearty square columns. The façade windows are expansive wooden sashes with harlequin pattern glass and wood muntins in the upper lights. Dormer windows are multipaned over one. Wood shingles cover the dormer and narrow beveled siding the body of the house and the porch railing. A brick chimney rises on the southern elevation. |
