Significance
This is a good example of late 19th/early 20th century vernacular architecture. It contributes to our knowledge of the architectural and residential devleopment of Seattle. It and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape.
 
Appearance
This is a one and 1/2 story, gable front with wing vernacular house form elaborated with Queen Anne details including bracketed cutaway bay and sawn work porch trim. The porch also has turned posts. The house has a one story gable wing to the rear and one over one windows.
