This house is significant as a relatively intact vernacular interpretation of the Queen Anne style. It also contributes to the historic streetscape. D. W. Rudd held title in 1930.
 
Appearance
This is a one & 1/2 story vernacular interpretation of the Queen Anne style. Windows are one over one double hung wooden sash. The gable ends of the house are decorated with fish-scale wooden shingles and the gable peaks with turned finials. The wrap-around porch has turned posts and a replacement baluster of "two by fours." The first floor level of the hosue is clad in wood shingles, which cover the original siding. A three-sided bay projects from the east end wall. The front door is a Craftsman cottage door. The house contributes to the historic streetscape.
