Historic Name: Unknown Common Name: Style: Vernacular Neighborhood: South Park Built By: Year Built: 1900   Significance In the opinion of the survey, this property is located in a potential historic districe (National and/or local). Tax records indicate that this block was largely undeveloped prior to 1937. Two small farm complexes existed here and the survival of this ensemble of buildings serves as a graphic reminder of South Park's agrarian beginnings. Fenton Kelly held title to this property in 1935. His parents were pioneer South Park settlers and his father, King County's first sheriff. At this writing, it is not known if the property originally belonged to his parents.   Appearance This house is part of a complex of buildings located in the middle of the block bounded by Cloverdale Street, South Donovan Street, Eighth Avenue South and Tenth Avenue South. It consists of a T-shaped, one & 1/2 story residence, and a support building (barn turned garage?). Access to the complex is gained by an alley off Tenth Avenue. The house has a bay window to the south but is otherwise stripped of detail.
