Appearance
This vernacular dwelling, with its disproportionate gable on hip roof is a local interpretation of the Queen Anne style. Stripped of most detail, its form, including a gable roof projection and side entrance, characterize the cottage. Old fruit trees and other plantings remind us that South Park was an agrarian community and lend to the historic streetscape.
