Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property has been significantly altered; however retains its relationship to the streetscape, portions of its historic building form and a small amount of exterior historic building fabric and contributes to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood.

Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition no historical research has been undertaken regarding this property.

Appearance
Craftsman style bungalow with clapboard cladding, gable roof, composition roofing, and a poured concrete foundation. The building has a basement and the windows are tall and narrow with entablature heads. The building has typical bungalow details such as knee braces, low-pitched roof, wide bargeboards, and wide overhanging eaves. The turned columns of the porch are inconsistent with Craftsman bungalow design details. The projecting porch roof has exposed rafter ends.
